The new framework was introduced by CCS to reduce the cost of mobile voice and data services to public sector organisations and to develop a robust and competitive marketplace. The mobile voice and data services [RM6261] agreement will offer customers a simplified process to procure and manage mobile voice and data services, giving them improved mobile options and transparent pricing and enabling greater control and choice over compliant purchasing decisions.  

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector in achieving maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. It is an executive agency of the cabinet office, helping the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. 

In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer the best taxpayer value.
