Former CIO of St Andrews Healthcare, John Clarke, has joined Netcall, the AI-powered automation and customer engagement solution provider as the Head of Client Solutions - Health.
John Clarke brings a wealth of experience in the health sector, having also previously been a CIO at the University Hospitals of Leicester for over nine years. Notably, he had served as the Deputy CIO and Programme Director for NHS East Midlands.
Clarke's role will primarily entail providing healthcare customers with solutions capable of streamlining and consolidating data processes. This initiative aims to reduce the complexities associated with digital transformation, thus leading to greater efficiency and improved patient experiences.
With disconnected systems continuing to prove a key challenge for the healthcare sector, one of John’s key remits is to provide healthcare customers with solutions that can streamline and consolidate data processes, taking the pain out of transformation to enable greater efficiency and improved patient experiences.
