Mon, 1st Jun 2026 (Today)
Nebula Global Services has appointed Scott Lynn as Global Services Director as it expands its international services operation.
Lynn joins the technology services group after senior roles at IBM, Microsoft and Vodafone. Most recently, he held a leadership position at Agilitas. He will oversee Nebula's services strategy and help align the organisation with its international growth plans.
Nebula operates in more than 170 countries and works with managed service providers, value-added resellers and systems integrators. Its delivery network includes more than 7,400 technical and service specialists.
The appointment comes during a period of growth for the privately owned business, which has been building out its channel-focused services model. Rising demand across the international markets it serves has prompted further investment in senior leadership.
Lynn's remit includes strengthening the company's partner network and maintaining consistency in service delivery across its global footprint. This will involve managing operations across varied regional markets and supporting customers with increasingly complex technology estates.
Ross Teague, Chief Executive Officer of Nebula Global Services, said the appointment reflects the company's next phase of growth.
"Bringing Scott into Nebula is a pivotal moment for our business. As we continue to scale globally, it's critical that our services organisation evolves at the same pace. Scott's experience, leadership, and proven ability to build high-performing teams will be instrumental in helping us take Nebula to the next stage of growth and maturity. We're delighted to welcome him to the leadership team," said Ross Teague, Chief Executive Officer of Nebula Global Services.
He also pointed to changing customer requirements.
"The market is changing rapidly, and our customers and partners are looking for service providers that can support increasingly complex technology environments while maintaining agility and responsiveness. Scott understands what world-class service delivery looks like and has a strong track record of building organisations that consistently exceed customer expectations. We're delighted to welcome him to the leadership team," Teague said.
Sector background
Nebula has positioned itself as a technology channel services provider, with a model built around local delivery coordinated across international markets. It says it combines regional teams with global oversight to support professional and managed services work for partners and end customers.
That approach reflects wider trends in the IT services sector, where customers are seeking support delivered consistently across borders while still meeting local operational and regulatory requirements. Providers with channel relationships have also been looking to deepen service offerings as enterprise technology environments become more fragmented and distributed.
Before joining Nebula, Lynn held service leadership roles across large technology and telecoms groups. His background spans established multinational businesses as well as a more recent spell at Agilitas, where he played a part in the company's growth.
In his new post, he is expected to work closely with internal teams and external partners as Nebula broadens its reach. The company has also linked its growth plans to sustainability and local delivery, which it presents as central to its operating model.
Lynn described the business as being at an important stage in its development.
"I'm excited to join Nebula at such a dynamic stage in its journey. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering customer-centric, globally consistent services, and I see a huge opportunity to evolve and scale that capability further. I'm looking forward to working closely with the team and our partners to accelerate growth and deliver even greater value," said Scott Lynn, Global Services Director of Nebula Global Services.
