SourseAI & Moflix partner to revolutionise digital telcos

SourseAI, a specialist AI decision intelligence platform, has partnered with Moflix, a leading digital platform for telecommunications companies, to develop the next generation of digital-first operators. The collaboration aims to deliver an end-to-end solution for digitisation, AI, and predictive tools for telcos. This new partnership focuses on providing app-based telcos with the tools required to offer more choice and a simpler, app-driven personalised experience to their customers.

The unification of SourseAI's decision intelligence platform, Atlas, and the Moflix TelcoTech platform, brings together highly innovative technologies to support telcos in successfully operating their digital businesses. The goal is to disrupt the mass-market with highly personalised contextual offerings.

The Moflix TelcoTech platform is designed to provide a market-leading digital connectivity proposition, where every aspect of the customer lifecycle is self-managed through an app. Key features include tools that create engagement and drive loyalty, such as an integrated Web3 wallet, which holds rewards and digital identity credentials. This integration allows operators to offer a range of financial services through their platform.

SourseAI’s Atlas platform enhances the partnership with its advanced data science and AI capabilities. This platform enables telcos to deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new strategies, and accurately model decision-making processes.
