SourseAI wins top honour at MVNO World Congress for Atlas
SourseAI, a decision intelligence start-up based in Sydney, has secured the award for Cloud-Based Solution of the Year at the MVNO World Congress. The recognition comes as a result of SourseAI's innovative Atlas platform, which utilises artificial intelligence (AI) and data science to aid mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) in making more informed decisions and boosting business performance.
The Atlas platform aggregates vast quantities of data from internal and external telco sources, delivering actionable insights within 60 days. These insights help MVNOs forecast business performance, optimise marketing investments, and understand vital customer metrics such as churn rates, average revenue per user, and cost per acquisition. The ability to deliver significant cost savings and revenue enhancement was a key factor in the platform receiving the accolade.
Tanya Hyams-Young, CEO of SourseAI, emphasised the importance of data-driven decision-making for MVNOs. "MVNOs compete with the established operators by being more agile and offering consumers greater choice, flexibility, or products that traditional telcos can't. They want to make decisions quickly and based on data, but often can't. Our data-science approach to AI brings all the data MVNOs need on their customers and business performance, so they can make intelligent decisions on who to target, how much to invest, and what products to offer. We're absolutely over the moon to be recognised above some other truly innovative companies from across the world, to deliver such value for MVNOs," she said.
Complementing this sentiment, Dario Talmesio, Research Director - Service Provider Strategies and Regulation, 5G Accelerator at Omdia, commented on the achievement. "The judges recognise SourseAI's cloud-based approach and ability to bring together masses of data to help MVNOs make more informed decisions. The tangible business impact SourseAI has delivered for its customers evidences the merit of this award," he stated.
The MVNO World Congress is considered one of the largest gatherings for the virtual telco sector, attracting some of the industry's most innovative companies. Winning such a prestigious award amidst powerful competition underscores the significant contributions and advancements SourseAI's Atlas platform has achieved in the realm of decision intelligence and cloud solutions.
