Totogi boosts telecom ARPU by 10% with AI-first platform

Today

Totogi has announced significant achievements in customer value management for a Tier-1 telecommunications operator in the EMEA region, citing a 10% increase in Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) using its Plan AI product.

The company's AI-powered charging-as-a-service product has reportedly generated five times more effective results than traditional Customer Value Management (CVM) systems. Key outcomes include a marked 13% reduction in inactive subscribers, a 105% increase in data usage, and a rise in offer acceptance rates from 4.8% to 7.9%.

Unlike legacy systems, which retrofit AI features, Plan AI is an AI-first platform designed to leverage telecommunications data for measurable growth by removing systemic constraints and delays.

Acting Totogi CEO Danielle Rios stated, "Legacy CVM software is holding telcos back. PlanAI liberates marketing teams from the limitations of outdated systems. We're not just adding AI features to old software - we've built an AI-first platform that turns telco data into instant growth. Our Tier-1 customer proved it: when you give smart people better tools, the results are extraordinary."

With Plan AI, Totogi aims to revolutionise campaign management through two primary innovations: AI-powered campaign automation and an AI-first platform. The service can simultaneously conduct millions of personalised campaigns while continuously learning and optimising based on real-time data.

Totogi emphasises that traditional vendors often merely append AI capabilities onto existing systems. At the same time, their offering has been established from the ground up to provide authentic AI functionality capable of rapidly identifying opportunities and executing impactful campaigns.
