ChatSa has introduced AI Magic, a feature enabling users to create and deploy AI-based chatbots across multiple platforms using a single text prompt.
The new offering from ChatSa is designed to allow users to develop a complete chatbot, inclusive of automation functionalities and a shared knowledge base, for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and web chat in under two minutes. AI Magic requires only a plain language prompt describing the intended use of the chatbot.
Automation and access
With AI Magic, users can generate a working chatbot by entering instructions such as, "Build a chatbot for my travel agency that handles trip inquiries and schedules consultations." According to the company, the system then creates conversation flows, a centralised knowledge database, and sets up automated actions like calendar booking and email replies. The chatbots are customised to suit the interaction style of each messaging platform.
ChatSa positions this automation as a significant advancement, particularly for individuals without a technical background. Mohsin Alshammari, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ChatSa, said, "We designed AI Magic to bring delight back into automation. People are used to no-code builders, but even those require drag-and-drop logic and manual input. We wanted to go one step further and let AI do the heavy lifting. Describe your idea, and ChatSa turns it into a working assistant - live in minutes."
Approach and development
The company aims to reframe chatbot deployment by using what it describes as agentic AI, which it says negates the need for setup processes such as configuration, scripting, and managing channel integrations. The intention is to make chatbot development as immediate and fluid as posting to social media.
Alshammari elaborated, "We're seeing early users build bots for personal coaching, real estate listings, online boutiques, and even health clinics. In all cases, they skip the usual onboarding process. There's no need to plan out flows or write FAQ content. AI Magic handles it all - sourcing knowledge, formatting responses, and enabling key actions like form collection, booking, and lead capture."
AI Magic operates by analysing the user's prompt for intent, desired functions, tone, and role. It searches the public web for information, constructs a unified knowledge base, and launches bots tailored for each requested channel using behaviour models. Platform-specific fine-tuning is applied; for instance, WhatsApp bots are concise and direct, while chatbots on websites can use richer content and media.
Centralisation and consistency
ChatSa highlights that a core aspect of the system is its centralised knowledge base. Any updates made in one location are reflected across all chatbot deployments, which the company says avoids repetition and maintains consistent branding for businesses engaging with customers on several platforms.
Early adopters, according to ChatSa, cover both individual creators and customer service teams in small and medium enterprises. Use cases cited include a content creator deploying a Q&A chatbot across TikTok and Instagram, and a logistics company automating order tracking and returns over WhatsApp and Messenger.
"We've had a content creator use it to build a fan-facing Q&A bot on TikTok and Instagram DMs, while a logistics startup used it to automate order tracking and returns across WhatsApp and Messenger," said Alshammari. "In both cases, what took hours or days before is now done in minutes."
Company rationale and expansion
Alshammari has a background in automation for larger enterprises, and explains that ChatSa is aimed at bringing scalable AI solutions to smaller businesses. The approach is premised on conversational AI becoming the main method for sales, support, and customer service interactions. He stated, "This is not about replacing human teams - it's about letting small businesses scale with fewer resources, and giving customers faster access to what they need."
Looking ahead, ChatSa intends to expand AI Magic to support integrations with customer relationship management tools, payment systems, and voice-based channels. There are also plans for a prompt template marketplace, which would let users share and adopt chatbot prompts relevant to various industries.
AI Magic joins a range of generative AI tools that seek to simplify business processes and reduce reliance on traditional software configuration methods. Alshammari commented on the future of such technology, saying, "We believe this is just the beginning. In five years, no one will be designing flows or managing scripts. They'll just say what they want - and AI will handle the rest."
AI Magic is now accessible to all users of ChatSa's platform.
