GNX unveils GNX+ to revolutionise global connectivity services
GNX has announced a significant update to its global connectivity platform, GNX+. The update aims to simplify and streamline the complexities of global internet and private connectivity services. Leveraging automation, machine learning, and real-time network insights, GNX+ delivers on the company's vision to make global connectivity more accessible and efficient.
This development follows a period of intensive investment and growth funded by Lexar Partners. The funding enabled GNX to accelerate the platform's development, culminating in the release of numerous new service features and enhancements designed to exceed customer expectations.
Rutger Bevaart, Co-Founder and CEO of GNX emphasises that GNX+ represents a departure from the traditional methods of managing global connectivity. "Nowadays, we see customer portals often being offered alongside connectivity services. But with GNX+, we take it one step further to ensure you are covered throughout the entire process," Bevaart explains.
The platform utilises a proprietary algorithm that ranks service options based on a comprehensive list of key performance indicators, aiding customers in making well-informed decisions during the design of their global WAN (Wide Area Network).
GNX+ aims to simplify the process of sourcing, deploying, and managing global connectivity by providing transparent and straightforward solutions. The platform offers enterprises and Managed Service Providers access to a vast data reservoir, which includes service availability, pricing from competing ISPs, expected lead times, and expert recommendations.
The platform's features include automated sourcing, real-time service monitoring, incident management, and service lifecycle management for various functions such as change requests, support, contract renewals, and notifications. This comprehensive suite of tools is designed to provide clients complete control and visibility over their connectivity services.
Rick Mur, Co-Founder and CTO of GNX, highlights the platform's potential to revolutionise network management. "With years working in this industry, we knew that we had to move away from the old, non-transparent way of dealing with connectivity. Global networks are already complex. Having access to local insights, service data, and customer reviews to educate your decision process gives enterprises a major advantage as they transition to hybrid and SD-WAN networks," says Mur.
This release of GNX+ marks a pivotal milestone for the company as it prepares for further growth. GNX has experienced rapid expansion, with the company doubling in size each year. The addition of several new corporate clients and service providers indicates a busy and promising second half of 2024.
GNX plans to enhance GNX+ by adding global internet access services and expanding its portfolio with private point-to-point connectivity and cloud fabric solutions within the next 12 months. This initiative aims to make GNX+ the first connectivity platform enterprises can use to manage their entire underlay network. The goal is to establish GNX as the partner of choice for global access services and solutions. The company's carrier-neutral, automated software platform supports a wide array of services, reaching over 195 countries and partnering with thousands of ISPs worldwide.
