Expereo to manage Kingspan Light, Air + Water network

Wed, 10th Dec 2025

Expereo has secured a global contract with Kingspan Light, Air + Water to manage and standardise the building products division's network across 100 sites in 22 countries.

The deal replaces a patchwork of local connectivity arrangements that followed a period of rapid acquisitions at Kingspan Light, Air + Water. The division is part of Kingspan Group and operates in smoke control and fire safety, daylighting, ventilation, cooling and water management.

Kingspan's fast expansion left its IT team with multiple network suppliers. It held many separate contracts and dealt with varied compliance rules in different countries.

Local changes to services often went unreported. Some contracts lapsed without notice. Modifications to connections were not always documented. The company had limited visibility of overall network health.

This fragmented set-up made fault diagnosis difficult. IT staff struggled to understand whether issues arose from applications or from underlying infrastructure.

Expereo will now provide a single, fully managed global connectivity solution under one agreement. The arrangement covers design, implementation, transition and support.

The new network combines broadband services, Dedicated Internet Access, and Low Earth Orbit satellite links. These different access types sit under one standards-based framework.

The satellite links add an extra path for connectivity. This supports business continuity at production facilities, which account for about a third of Kingspan Light, Air + Water's locations.

At the core of the arrangement is Expereo's expereoOne platform. The software unifies key management functions for the Kingspan team.

The platform gives Kingspan Light, Air + Water a single dashboard across all sites. The IT organisation can see every connection and every service in one place.

Staff can monitor network performance through the platform. They can track delivery dates for new services and oversee incident tickets.

The system also allows staff to deactivate services digitally. That reduces manual steps during site changes and decommissioning.

Expereo has integrated ordering and invoicing into the same interface. Users can view quotes and raise orders online. They can also see billing information and contract status across all locations.

Expereo positions expereoOne as a response to the complexity of managing global networks. The company focuses on large enterprises and government clients.

Ben Elms, Chief Executive of Expereo, said the Kingspan deal reflects pressures on international businesses with dispersed footprints.

"I'm delighted we are supporting Kingspan Light, Air + Water in the next phase of its digital transformation. Global businesses face huge challenges managing fragmented networks across multiple regions - and our fully managed service combined with the expereoOne platform deliver the visibility and control Kingspan Light, Air + Water needs. By providing a single source of truth for all sites and services - we're removing complexity, strengthening resilience and giving the organisation the security to scale and innovate without worrying about network risk," said Elms.

Kingspan Light, Air + Water expects the platform to change how its teams work with connectivity suppliers. It now channels orders, support and reporting through one partner.

The company operates in 24 countries. Its products cover safety systems, natural light solutions, ventilation, cooling and water infrastructure for buildings.

Fergal Moore, Divisional Head of Infrastructure & Cyber Security at Kingspan Light, Air + Water, said the division now has better oversight of its estate.

"expereoOne has transformed how we manage our global network. For the first time - we now have a single view of all services, contracts and performance across every site. This gives us confidence, control and the ability to make decisions quickly - putting us in the best place to capitalise on our growth ambitions," said Moore.
