Manchester tech firm Sync to consolidate operations at Arbeta
Sync, a tech specialist based in Manchester, has announced plans to consolidate their operations in a new headquarters located in the city's Arbeta building on Northampton Road. This move comes as the company sees continued growth and aims to expand its offerings across the education, enterprise and public sector industries.
For over 30 years, Sync has been pivotal in the digital transformation of businesses, schools, and public sector organisations through the integration of Apple technology. The upcoming relocation of their operations to the Arbeta building signifies a new chapter in the company's evolution, aligning perfectly with their growth strategy.
As part of the move, Sync's new premises will feature state-of-the-art facilities and offer ample space for further expansion. The new location is viewed as an optimal working environment for the company's steadily expanding team.
Chris Costello, Sync's Chief Executive Officer, said about the relocation: "We have been working tirelessly to create a new home for Sync, envisioning a workspace that not only accommodates our current needs but also supports our future growth and innovation. The move is a pivotal moment for our company, bringing us all together in a centralised location that will enhance collaboration and drive our business forward."
This new modern workspace offers Grade A facilities suited to tech, creative, and digital businesses. Spanning 12,300 sq ft, Sync will occupy three units in Arbeta, providing them with ample collaborative working spaces and greater accessibility.
Rob Page, Managing Director at Arbeta, expressed his excitement about the move: "We're thrilled to have a tech business with such tenure as Sync join us at Arbeta, adding to our already thriving tech and digital communities on site. It's reflective of Manchester's growing reputation as a centre for excellence for these industries."
In line with the relocation and the start of a new chapter, Sync will close its Deansgate service centre on 28th March. The company plans to reopen, signaling the completion of its move to Arbeta, in the summer of 2024.
Tom Crump, Chief Sales Officer at Sync, highlighted the company's evolving focus: "As we move into this exciting new phase at Arbeta, we are also recalibrating our focus to align with the evolving needs of the market. Our journey takes us away from the consumer sector and deeper into education, enterprise, and the public sector, where we see immense opportunities for growth and impact."
The relocation is indicative of Sync's continuous growth and commitment to enhancing its team's work conditions while developing new strategies to meet the demands of the education, enterprise, and public sector markets, according to a statement from the company.
