OneOdio has launched the Focus A1 Pro on-ear hybrid active noise cancelling headphones, now on sale for USD $34.99 and GBP £39.99.

The launch adds a lower-priced option to the crowded wireless active noise cancellation headphone market, where brands are trying to combine long battery life and call quality with mass-market pricing.

The Focus A1 Pro uses hybrid active noise cancellation to reduce ambient sound by up to 38 dB. It also includes a built-in microphone with environmental noise cancellation for voice calls and online meetings.

Battery life is one of the headline specifications, with up to 70 hours of playback with noise cancellation off and up to 40 hours with it enabled.

A fast-charging function is also included, with 10 minutes of charging providing up to five hours of listening time.

Audio is delivered through custom 40 mm dynamic drivers with PET diaphragms. The headphones are intended for music, video and gaming use.

Wireless connectivity is based on Bluetooth 6.0 and supports dual-device multi-point connection, allowing users to keep the headphones paired with two devices and switch between them without re-pairing.

The product also includes a low-latency gaming mode with a response time of about 0.089 seconds. Support for AAC and SBC codecs is included, and the stated wireless transmission distance is more than 10 metres.

In design terms, the Focus A1 Pro is an on-ear model weighing 200 grams. It has protein leather ear cushions and a foldable frame, with both wireless and wired listening modes available.

Market push

The release reflects a wider effort by audio brands to offer features once associated with more expensive headsets at entry-level and mid-market prices. Noise cancellation, extended battery life and multi-device pairing have become common points of competition as sellers target commuters, students, home workers and travellers.

OneOdio has built its profile in consumer and enthusiast audio, with products aimed at musicians, gamers and general listeners. It said it expanded into gaming headsets in 2025, building on its presence in DJ, monitoring and hi-fi audio.

The Focus A1 Pro sits near the lower end of the price spectrum for wireless active noise cancelling headphones. At that level, manufacturers often compete on specification density as much as brand recognition, particularly on large online retail platforms where shoppers closely compare battery figures, driver size and wireless standards.

Availability includes Amazon, Amazon UK and the company's website, at the listed prices of USD $34.99 and GBP £39.99.

The specification sheet also lists a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and a 600 mAh battery. Those figures place the Focus A1 Pro within the expected range for mainstream wireless listening products, while the inclusion of active noise cancellation and multi-point pairing at this price is likely to be central to its market positioning.

The headset is aimed at work, travel, study and leisure use, with its foldable design intended to make it easier to carry during daily travel. The combination of a lightweight chassis, on-ear fit and long claimed playback time suggests it is being pitched as an everyday option rather than a specialist listening device.

The Focus A1 Pro is available now with hybrid active noise cancellation of up to 38 dB, Bluetooth 6.0 with dual-device connectivity and up to 70 hours of battery life in a foldable on-ear design.
