Reconeyez introduces SIM service, new UK sales head
Reconeyez has announced the introduction of a new SIM service and the appointment of Guy Combrinck as Head of Sales for the UK and Ireland.
The new Reconeyez SIM service is designed to enhance connectivity and simplify deployment for Reconeyez systems. Available as both embedded and physical SIM, it can be retrofitted to any Reconeyez Bridge, offering automatic SIM management and effortless deployment for both new and existing clients.
The service offers partnerships across multiple Mobile Network Providers, ensuring coverage from over 600 carriers in more than 200 countries. Users can benefit from features such as zero configuration and activation, automated SIM management, flexible billing, reliable and durable connectivity, and unlimited IAS Reconeyez traffic.
Additionally, the eSIM provisioning solution leverages proven technology based on GSMA SGP.22 and SGP.32 SIM specifications. This automated eSIM activation service, utilising a native bootstrap and an "empty shell" eSIM architecture, provides a scalable and resilient solution for remote security applications.
To drive further growth in the UK and Ireland, Reconeyez has appointed Guy Combrinck as Head of Sales UK & Ireland. Combrinck brings over 20 years of experience in the security and data industries, with previous leadership roles at Ajax Systems and ADI Global Distribution.
Simon Faulkner, CRO UK & EU at Reconeyez, remarked: "Bringing Guy on board is a key part of Reconeyez' ambitious growth goals. Guy's hands-on approach, ability to build long-term partnerships, and strategic mindset has earned him a stellar reputation in the industry. We are delighted to have him on board and look forward to the significant contributions he will make."
Reflecting on his new role, Guy Combrinck stated: "The opportunity to help grow Reconeyez in the UK is incredibly exciting. With economic uncertainty and evolving security threats, businesses need flexible, cost-effective security solutions that don't require extensive infrastructure. The launch of the new SIM reflects that market need and underlines why Reconeyez offers something truly unique in that market. An AI-enabled perimeter security solution that can be deployed anywhere."
Guy Combrinck's expertise aligns with Reconeyez' mission to deliver advanced AI-powered security solutions to industries such as construction, utilities, property, and the military sectors. He is set to leverage his experience in security technology and customer-centric sales to enhance Reconeyez' market presence.
The demand for rapid deployment and adaptable security solutions continues to rise, which Reconeyez aims to fulfil through its AI-driven security systems that require minimal infrastructure but deliver significant impacts. Guy Combrinck anticipates AI will increasingly enhance security efficiency and reduce false alarms.
